Your Questions, Answered

  • I offer weekly psychotherapy for couples and individuals. You can get support if you are in crisis, or on the verge of separating, or struggling to make big decisions, or simply want to deepen your relationships.

I can also consider fortnightly sessions depending on the need.

I also provide workshops for organisations on building resilient relationships, in the workplace and between work and home.

  • It can feel really daunting to begin therapy. If you are unsure about whether it is right for you, please reach out to me via the Contact form and we can have a brief phone call, or you can book an initial consultation with me.

  • I am similar to many therapists in being compassionate, open, safe, curious, and client-led.

At the same time, all therapists are different people. I believe in the value of human relationships: as the only way to experience deep love, intimacy, healing, and self-knowledge.

I can also bring a unique combination of diplomatic experience, high quality training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness teaching.

  • I offer initial individual assessments for £85 and couple assessments for £100. We can agree an ongoing fee during this assessment: my scale is £85-100.

  • It is a safe space for you to bring whatever is troubling you, and we can look at it together, at your own pace.

Sometimes it might feel difficult, and you may leave with more questions than answers in some sessions.

My process is one of uncovering and understanding why certain relationship patterns keep repeating, and why you may feel stuck. I will provide insight, and interpretation, and help you to know what you are feeling as well as thinking.

Once you have increased awareness of what goes on in your inner world, and how you relate to others around you, you can really change your life in meaningful ways.
