Why now?

You might come for individual psychotherapy when you feel stuck in ways you can’t quite explain. Perhaps you are repeating a kind of relationship pattern, or feeling confused about your own needs.

Often, when things feel difficult with the people around us, it’s because the way we relate to ourselves needs attention. That’s why individual therapy can be very helpful, no matter what your personal circumstances are.

How I work:

I offer 50-minute sessions, in person or online.

I have worked with individuals who are struggling with their relationships in many ways. This can include: loneliness and separation; depression and grief; anxiety; anger; intimacy and sex.

I approach therapy with openness and compassion. I encourage connections between the present and the past. I provide support and skills for how to slow down, how to understand what is emotionally present, how to connect, and how to set boundaries.
