I’m Catherine. I live near Stratford-Upon-Avon, where I have an in-person psychotherapy practice. I also work with clients online.

My work is informed by many years of reflection on the art of relationships. I completed a PhD on British community relations. Then I worked as a Diplomat for ten years, specialising in conflict resolution in the Middle East.

I later qualified as a couple and individual psychotherapist with Tavistock Relationships (TR). TR has pioneered evidence-based couple psychotherapy since 1948. The training is rigorous, and requires years of personal therapy as well as clinical practice for trainees. I am a registered member of the BACP and a clinical associate member of the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy (WMIP).

I approach therapy with openness and compassion. In our sessions, we will think together, creating a space for you to understand your feelings and identify what might help. I encourage connections between the present and the past, offering a safe space to explore your inner world and discover new perspectives.
