I’m Catherine, and I live near Stratford-Upon-Avon, where I have an in-person psychotherapy practice. I also work with clients online. I offer weekly sessions of 50 minutes. These can be either time-limited or long-term.

My work is informed by many years of reflection on the art of relationships. I completed a PhD on British community relations. Then I worked as a Diplomat for ten years, specialising in conflict resolution in the Middle East.

I later qualified as a couple and individual psychotherapist with Tavistock Relationships (TR). TR has pioneered evidence-based couple psychotherapy since 1948. The training is rigorous and TR is well-respected internationally. I continue to practice there as a qualified clinician.

I approach therapy with openness and compassion. In our sessions, we will think together, creating a space for you to understand your feelings and identify what might help things improve. I encourage connections between the present and the past, offering a safe space to explore your inner world and discover new perspectives.
