You might come to individual psychodynamic therapy when you feel stuck in ways you can’t quite explain. Perhaps you are repeating a kind of relationship pattern, or feeling confused about your own needs.

Often, when things feel difficult with the people around us, it’s because the way we relate to ourselves needs attention. That’s why individual therapy can be very helpful, no matter what your personal circumstances are.

I am qualified as an individual psychodynamic psychotherapist. I have also led mindfulness courses and outdoor retreats, and I believe that a holistic approach can work well for individual therapy. I won’t judge you, and we can think together about what approach might be best. You’ll have a calm, supportive space to slow down and notice what’s happening beneath the surface.

I offer 50-minute sessions, in person or online, on a weekly basis. This can be short-term or open-ended, it’s up to you.
